Our Step By Step Process

Step One:
Your carpet is vacuumed using a commercial strength vacuum cleaner to ensure the carpet is free of loose soil and debris.
Step Two:
We pre-spray the areas to be cleaned with a solution made to loosen and disolve soil and grime from the carpet fibers. Then we to agitate the pre-spray solution into the carpet fibers for maximum effectiveness.
Step Three:
Any pet spots or stains are treated with professional grade products before being extracted in step four.
Step Four:
Using the Rotovac 360i's rotating water jets we clean your carpet from hundreds of directions while at the same time extracting the dirty water out, placing air movers as we go to help speed up drying before moving to the next room.

Step Five:
We use a carpet rake to separate the wet carpet fibers to allow for faster drying. Then we look over the finished carpet one last time to ensure nothing was missed.
Step Six:
We finish up by taking you on a final inspection to ensure that you are satisfied. Any areas of concern will be re-treated.
